Hi, I'm
Frontend developer focused on React, TypeScript and design systems
Before I ever wrote code, I was already taking computers apart and poking at games to figure out how they worked. For the past 4 years I've done it professionally: I build web and mobile interfaces, and today I work with design systems, the components other developers rely on every day.

From Figma to the stores
Full cycle: design, implementation and publishing to the App Store and Play Store
Son of an IT technician, I grew up taking computers apart, reinstalling Windows and hunting for drivers on forums. Before I even knew what programming was, I was already digging into game code to fix whatever broke.
Real programming started in 2019, when I wanted to build an app for the company I worked at and realized I had no idea where to begin. I started with logic, writing tiny systems in the terminal, and never stopped. It took three jobs outside the field before I bet everything on studying.
In 2022 I joined Heap Engenharia as an intern, literally changing button colors. Three years later I owned entire projects: e-commerce, mobile apps, corporate sites, each with a different context and a different problem. That's where I learned to investigate before writing code, back when the answer lived on Stack Overflow or inside the library's source.
An agency client liked my work and hired me: at Divam, I handled web and mobile features of a product in production, from designing the screen in Figma to the business rules. Today I'm part of the design system team at Livelo, placed through ília, building and maintaining the components and tokens other teams use every day.
In parallel, I'm studying Systems Analysis and Development and I maintain tf.ds, my personal design system, where I test ideas before taking anything to work. I still believe in what got me here: the best way to learn is to build something real.

My professional journey and the experiences that shaped me as a developer
I joined as an intern and left owning entire projects. In three years at the agency, I worked on e-commerce, corporate sites, internal tools and apps for several companies, with React, Next.js and React Native. I rescued a legacy mobile app and brought it back to the stores, including a video call feature built with scarce documentation and a lot of source code reading. Along the way: SSR, API integration, design systems documented in Storybook and agile teams.
Hired by a company that first saw my work as an agency client. At Divam, a mental health platform with a product in production, I evolved the mobile app and the web application: new features, business rule reviews and screen design in Figma before implementation. I worked with GraphQL, organized the product's visual foundation toward a design system and handled requests coming from real user support.
I'm part of Livelo's design system team, Prisma, placed through ília. I build and evolve components and tokens in React and React Native, support the teams that consume the design system and help keep consistency across the company's repositories. I also work on tools that bring the design system closer to the developers' workflow, including AI integrations.

Technologies Learned:
Personal projects where I test real ideas: my own design system, this site and whatever comes next
Technologies and tools I use to turn ideas into reality, from design to deploy
Notes on frontend, design systems and AI, written as I learn
Depois de anos criando e mantendo Design Systems para outras empresas, decidi consolidar tudo que aprendi em um projeto pessoal: o tf.ds.
